The life of a person is very important. Each and every one of us dreams of having a long fulfilled life with our love ones. Every time someone gets sick in the family, there is like a thorn so hard to remove for the family members especially if it was a disease that could affect somebody’s life. Terminal cancer is the final phase in the life of someone whose cancer has expanded throughout the body with little chance of a cure.

Family members should be wary on how to deal with a terminal cancer. Instead of feeling sorry for the person they should actually encourage the person to become strong, that there is a bright side in everything and that this maybe just a challenge for the person to become stronger. Everyone has fears of dying and knowing when they would die is much more difficult, family members should understand what the person is going thru, and help him or her with their mood swings because the pain they are going thru is much harder than anything we will ever face.

Dealing with a terminal cancer is hard for both the person with cancer and their family. Sometimes it is hard for the family to understand, especially when those involved are going thru a hard process. People have to understand the person involved. Instead of making it worse, we should support them.

Each and every one of us has different points of view in life. We classify things or objects and even locations according to our taste. Not everything has the same classification or description in this world. Everything may look the same but may have minor differences unforeseeable in the naked eye. Classification of diseases is an integral part of the world of modern medicine. Labeling a disease to its specific level or stage determines the way a doctor should cure it. A disease like cancer has 4 classifications or cancer stages where the doctors check on its growth and spread to determine the patient’s cancer survival rates.

The four cancer stages differ in the amount or size of the tumor. The beginning cancer stage starts with the malignant cell which is smaller than the infected part. During this stage, the malignant cells are just starting to spread within the contaminated organ. Cancer survival rates at the initial stage goes as high as 90 percent. If treated immediately at this stage, the person could get better and hopefully the malignant cancer cells stopped spreading after the surgical removal of the tumor.

Cancer stages are very important to any cancer patient and their doctors. Without the earliest treatment cancer survival rates of these people will dip down with each stage the cancer reaches. At the final point or cancer stage, the cancer survival rates of the cancer patient goes down to less than 20 percent. It is important for cancer patients to be treated and cured immediately since their health or more importantly their life greatly depends on it.

Terminal Cancer

There is something that is very certain in this world. Each and every one of us will have to die someday. It may be of natural death or by accident, nobody knows. But what if you found out you only have a month to live? That would be a different story. Some diseases in the world today could shorten the lifespan of a person, sometimes it could even give a specific time period in which you will live.

Terminal cancer is when a person who is diagnosed with cancer in a later stage wherein the malignant cells have already spread out to other organs of the body. Various types will give out different terminal cancer time frames. Some will give out a stage four type of cancer wherein the person will only be given 8 months to a year’s time to live. Sometimes it will only be three months depending on the growth of the tumors in your body. Operation or removal of a body part can be a solution in the early stages of cancer, but when the diagnosis is terminal cancer, the sad part is there is nothing we could do but pray that we may have an extension.

Having terminal cancer can be overwhelming for the person and his love ones. Not only do they have to face the fact that the person will die but they have an idea when it’s going to happen. The family members shouldn’t be sorry for the person with the terminal cancer, but rather support him or her with his current situation.
