Liver Cancer

Almost everyone watches television at least once a day. Even kids as young as 2 years of age learn to speak by watching their favorite shows on television. As we watch we see lots of health related products that promise a better life for each and every one of us. We see dietary supplements for our hearts, lungs, eyes and even liver. Our liver is an important part of our digestive system and a target to many diseases including cancer. Liver cancer survival rates have one of the lowest ratios of survival among people with cancer.

Liver cancer is one of the most common cancers in this world. It is the 3rd most detected cancer throughout the whole world and it has a very small liver cancer survival rate that it could end the patient with liver cancer life in less than a year. Usually liver cancer starts within the liver cells and this is called in medical terms as hepatocellular carcinoma. Liver cancer usually began from other parts of the digestive system and has spread its infection towards the liver.

Diagnosis is important for someone who has seen symptoms of having cancer. Since liver cancer survival rates are particularly low, one must have the courage to go to the doctor and have himself checked if he has liver or any other type of cancer in particular. The life of a person is important because we only have a single life to live in this world. We must keep ourselves healthy not only for us but for our family as well.

Every time someone gets sick in the family, there is like a thorn so hard to remove for the family members especially if it was a disease that could affect somebody’s life. People always have a question when it comes to life threatening diseases, How to deal with a terminal cancer? Terminal cancer is the final phase in the life of someone whose cancer has expanded throughout the body with little chance of a cure.

Family members should be wary on how to deal with a terminal cancer. Instead of feeling sorry for the person they should actually encourage the person to become strong, that there is a bright side in everything and that this maybe just a challenge for the person to become stronger. Everyone has fears of dying and knowing when they would die is much more difficult, family members should understand what the person is going thru, and help him or her with their mood swings because the pain they are going thru is much harder than anything we will ever face.

Dealing with a terminal cancer is hard for both the person with cancer and their family. Sometimes it is hard for the family to understand, especially when those involved are going thru a hard process. People have to understand the person involved. Cancer Stages

Each and every one of us has different points of view in life. We classify things or objects and even locations according to our taste. Not everything has the same classification or description in this world. Everything may look the same but may have minor differences unforeseeable in the naked eye. Classification of diseases is an integral part of the world of modern medicine. Labeling a disease to its specific level or stage determines the way a doctor should cure it. A disease like cancer has 4 classifications or cancer stages where the doctors check on its growth and spread to determine the patient’s cancer survival rates.

The four cancer stages differ in the amount or size of the tumor. The beginning cancer stage starts with the malignant cell which is smaller than the infected part. During this stage, the malignant cells are just starting to spread within the contaminated organ. Cancer survival rates at the initial stage goes as high as 90 percent. If treated immediately at this stage, the person could get better and hopefully the malignant cancer cells stopped spreading after the surgical removal of the tumor.

Cancer stages are very important to any cancer patient and their doctors. Without the earliest treatment cancer survival rates of these people will dip down with each stage the cancer reaches. At the final point or cancer stage, the cancer survival rates of the cancer patient goes down to less than 20 percent. It is important for cancer patients to be treated and cured immediately since their health or more importantly their life greatly depends on it.

Throat Cancer Survival Rates

Whenever we listen to the songs in the radio we feel inspired by understanding the words that are said. Our voices are our main way in communicating with each other. We are lucky enough to have voices since some are born deaf or mute. With the various ways we make use of our throat frequently, one has to wonder on how we should properly care for a throat with all the diseases that are coming up today. Throat cancer is a nightmare to anyone even thought throat cancer survival rate is significantly higher than other cancers.

If we would compare throat cancer survival rates to any other cancer survival rates, there is a huge difference in terms of percentages in the stages. If we would compare stage one survival rates of lung cancer to throat cancer the difference is about 20 percent since Throat Cancer survival rate at a stage one is at 90 percent while at lung cancer it is only 75 percent. At the final stage of cancer, throat Cancer survival rates are still at 30 percent probability of cure while lung cancer is at 8 to 10 percent chance of survival.

Since throat cancer survival rates are significantly higher that does not mean we should be careless and not get treated immediately. In every cancer, our probability of cure is much higher if we get diagnosed and cured right away. Malignant cancer cells should be stopped immediately at the earliest levels so that it would not harm and infect other systems or tissues.

Colon Cancer Survival Rate

One of the most important things a man or woman should do in their lives is to eat. One needs food to garner energy to be used every day. Man and woman need food just like a machine needs oil to function properly. If someone doesn’t eat before going to school or work, chances are they wouldn’t be able to think or work properly. The digestive system of our body is the one responsible in converting the food we eat into the energy we need. The colon is an important part of our digestive system. It extracts the needed water and salt compounds from what we ate before turning it into waste.

The colon is also the target of one of the most terrifying diseases in the world, cancer. Colon cancer survival rate like any cancer depends on the level or stage wherein it was discovered. Colon cancer survival rate on the initial stage has a seventy four percent chance of survival. Usually in order for the cancer tumor to be removed, an operation is conducted on the individual with colon cancer. Once this reaches stage two, colon cancer survival rate drops down to just fifty nine percent usually during this stage the cancer tumor becomes extremely visible preparing itself to infiltrate adjoining tissues nearby. At Stage 4, the survival rate drops down to just six percent.

Usually during this last stage the chances of the person to survive becomes very slim to the point that usually these are given less than a year to live.

Mortality is a given fact for any living being in this world. Someday even the toughest cockroach may die of old age or being stepped on. The lifespan of a human being may range depending on the lifestyle he or she has. Sometimes we die like cockroaches, on freak accidents or suffer a terminal disease. Terminal diseases like cancer can shorten one’s life span to a matter of years and at worse months. Lung cancer survival rate greatly depends on the stage or gravity of the body’s exposure to the malignant cancer cells.

Lung cancer survival rate at the worst case of a stage four cancer, may limit one’s lifespan form 6 months to a year to live. Since at the worst stage, the cancer cells have already expanded to other systems of the body like the nervous or digestive system. Even with an operation and the other recommended treatments the chances of these to succeed will not be effective hence the cancer cells have already expanded beyond control. A stage one lung cancer survival rate will go up to as high as ninety percent chance of success in operation. There is still a small percentage that the malignant cancer cells will still replicate but these will be easily seen and cured by a specialist who operated the patient.

Lung cancer survival rate can be increased with the proper information and knowledge of the disease. If one sees the symptoms of cancer in their body they shouldn’t be afraid to seek help since at the earliest stages is the best chance to remove this disease inhabiting in their body.

Initially a stage 4 cancer patient could easily have 8 months to a maximum of a year to live due to its rapid growth disrupting the nearby organs or tissues. If found out at the earliest stage, the patient will be operated to remove the tumor giving a chance that the cancer cells would no longer replicate. Some cancer cells on the other hand already have vaccines already at this age giving the vaccinated patients a 90% chance that they would no longer be infected with cancer.
