Cancer Survival Rates

People have been very particular with the life expectancy. With the belief that most people today have their life expectancy deduced to the chemicals in the food or drinks we intake, we have a lower life expectancy than the previous generations. Some illness today may even lower the rate of survival. Cancer survival rates have greatly been one of the topics in the majority of the world. Even those without the disease talk about the chance of survival when it comes to cancer especially with its different types.

Cancer survival rates greatly depend on the stage wherein it was diagnosed. The earlier the detection the greater the chances of the individual to survive this dreaded disease. Initially a stage 4 cancer patient could easily have 8 months to a maximum of a year to live due to its rapid growth disrupting the nearby organs or tissues. If found out at the earliest stage, the patient will be operated to remove the tumor giving a chance that the cancer cells would no longer replicate. Some cancer cells on the other hand already have vaccines already at this age giving the vaccinated patients a 90% chance that they would no longer be infected with cancer.

What we should realize now, is that cancer survival rates can be increased. We should always be proactive when it comes to our body, what we feel about it matters. If we feel something’s wrong we shouldn’t be afraid to go to a doctor. We must always keep in mind that the earlier we know what’s wrong with our body, the sooner we will get better.
